Being a normal human being a natural feeling arises as what to do and what not to do at such times that keeps on floating in the subconscious mind. The driver might get scared and think of fleeing away from the accident spot in fright (Hughes and Lavery, 2015). The complexities related to the dealings of legal complications and resultant punishment creates a sense of fright in the hitter. In such a crucial time it is important to maintain high morals standards of an individual. As per a study conducted by 2010 Allstate Insurance 69 percent of all hit and runs in the U.S. involve parked cars and among 64 percent of them occurred in parking area.
