Well, if someone is a single freelancer there's no need for them to go big. They are probably busy enough and cannot take many more orders (unless they start outsourcing but then it's another story).

Americans are a little bit too harsh toward Kenyan writers. After all, American president was also born in Kenya, and he is quite eloquent.

plagiarism is using someones writings or work without citing its source that amounts to stealing.You can avoid it by doing proper research, paraphrasing whee necessary and using proper citation.

a writer from Kenya to write an excellent essay in English thinking they are a native English speaker....

well, kenya is a former british colony, so kenyans are somewhat bilingual.
though whether they can be considered the native speakers is questionable.

the major problem of writings produced by kenyans is that they are mostly unintelligible and look like they're written by someone, who's still attending the kindergarten

it's worse when they don't - plagiarized papers can be referenced and re-worked i.e. somehow put to use, unlike the original writings produced by kenyans, those are totally useless.

but the mentioned companies have no other options than employing kenyans, at least not until they reconsider their 90 per cent commission rate and penalty system.
