I understand. I've actually been reading the forum, thinking of whether I should sign up or not. My consideration is based on networking and client cultivation potential but there seems to be very little of that going on over there at the moment. I felt that there was more ofa potential to develop clients in the chat since it looks quite active at the moment. I'll look into signing up at Essay Scam so we can continue our conversation.

I have to say though, this chatroom is really informative as it stands. The anonymity can be ignored most of the time due to the varied insights and discussion topics. I see the posts as both a warning and recommendation. It would all depend on how one chooses to view the statements. I approach it all with an open mind.

I look forward to exchanging ideas with you Freelancewriter. I will make sure to refresh your memory once I post in the forum.

...But if we're going to be having a detailed discussion, I'd prefer to do it on EssayScam where you have to create a unique user ID, rather than on here, where anybody can (much more easily) create multiple identities. If you're really that interested in my answers to your questions, just sign up on EssayScam and then ask me whatever you'd like to ask me on there. Thank you.

I'll admit that I've also taken plenty of live exams for clients remotely.

Don't you feel like taking exams for the students could be considered a disservice to the student? What does he learn if he relies on someone else to read the materials and take the test? Pass or fail, he did not really make an effort to do his best in the class because he had a crutch to rely on. Granted that your clients are mostly working students who don't have the time to be bothered with attending classes, do you really believe that they can do their jobs properly when they basically never attended a single class nor honestly passed any of their exams? Doesn't what you do make them unprepared rather than prepared for the workplace?

What about academic honesty? Is it just about the money for you? Don't you care if the student gets caught outsourcing his exam responses? I am an academic writer myself but I draw the line at taking exams because I feel like doing so would mean I would be releasing an unprepared adult into the world after 4 years or more years of college. I am not judging you. We do things differently. I just want to understand what responsibilities the writer has when he takes a test for the student. Is there an arrangement involved aside from the payment? What are your respective duties and responsibilities during exam time?

I have had students asking if I could perform the same job for them, attending classes and taking their tests. I guess it is my conscience that holds me back from doing it. Maybe I should give it a try. I am interested to hear your answers so that I can make my own informed decision for my own existing client base.

Thanks in advance for your explanation.

- You should not be attending classes and taking exams for the students in the first place.

Wait a minute. Where did the OP ever say that he was going to take tests for the students? He only offered to attend classes. How could you jump to the conclusion that he would take the test for the student ? I would caution you against making misleading statements in this chat. You are ruining a reputation without evidence here.

Do not put words into the writer's mouth. He was merely offering to help the student ease what could potentially be a very busy academic schedule for him by attending classes. No harm in that. He takes a few notes, passes it on to the student. Work done. No problem with him attending for the student either. The student just has to inform the teacher beforehand that someone else will be attending the class for him that day.

The writer never said he would attend classes the whole semester for the student. Geez, you are making general statements without evidence. Are you trying to ruin the chances of the writer to gain clients?

going beyond just writing essays

Apr 4, 2022
Considering the way that you write, I would not give you too much academic creadit. You could very well be the reason that the student fails the class.

This is obviously true with respect to the poster to whom this was addressed. However, to be perfectly honest, I've done plenty of projects that went far beyond just writing essays for students, and I think many (good) writers have, as well. For one thing, it's an arbitrary distinction without any meaningful difference whether an assignment is called an "essay" or a "take-home exam." In many cases, they're completely indistinguishable substantively; it's just that those assigned as exams simply count for more points than those assigned as essays.

I'll admit that I've also taken plenty of live exams for clients remotely. They usually provide me with the readings and any prep materials in advance and we just schedule and coordinate a specific date and time for me to be waiting at my computer for them to email me the exam questions copied and pasted; and I send back the answers via email for them to paste into their response screens. I've even done a few of these that either included or consisted completely of short-answer questions or multiple-choice questions, each of which had to be answered to proceed to the subsequent screen of questions on the clients' end of things. Naturally, clients pay a LOT for these kinds of projects, because of the live element, especially when they're in the UK taking a morning exam that requires me to wait for their questions at 3:00 or 4:00 AM local time. Usually, the amount of time alloted to students for these exams is more than enough time for someone like me to do them with plenty of time left over for all of the back-and-forth emailing they can require.

Professors have also been assigning more and more projects that require students to submit outlines, annotated bibliographies of a few sources at a time, and then one or two sections (such as Introductions and Literature Reviews), or even every section of an essay, and rough drafts of their entire essays for several interim deadlines, followed (sometimes) by professor commentary, input, and requests for changes on each section. I suspect that part of the reason for this is, precisely, to make it much harder to outsource the writing. That only works to the extent it makes the project unaffordable for students, because it obviously greatly increases the total cost of the final essay; but if the student is willing to pay for it, it really just means more money for the writer. Nursing programs, especially, seem to have shifted toward this approach and I couldn't even count how many 15 or 20-page essays I've done for which clients have paid me 2 or 3 or 4 times as much as they would have cost had they just had to submit the final essay written and submitted as a simple 15 or 20-page traditional essay project with one deadline. Nowadays, about the only kind of assignment that can't be outsourced to a ghostwriter by a student with substantial financial resources would be actual in-class assignments and exams. Usually, the clients who are willing to spend that kind of money are working adults returning to school just for degrees necessary to advance in their careers; but some undergrads do also order these kinds of projects.

You may want to rethink your services. Offering class attendance to a student will not fly in this era of video conferencing for online classes. The professor will immediately know that you are not the student who is signed up for the class. The teachers now have access to the student photo unlike previous times when they only had the class registration records to rely on. It is precisely because students thought they could hire someone to attend classes for them so they could slack off during the pandemic that the photo requirement became the norm for online classes.

You should not be attending classes and taking exams for the students in the first place. Your job is to help them meet assignment and project deadlines. It is not your job to complete critical requirements for them. There should not be any reason for you to do so. You are not assistant not an enabler. Considering the way that you write, I would not give you too much academic creadit. You could very well be the reason that the student fails the class.

no rush

Mar 27, 2022
I may not participate in the discussions though. That is not really my focus.

That's fine. Typically, students who stumble onto these forums only do so for the specific purpose of finding a reliable writer they can trust. Once they do, they really have no reason to continue reading, much less actively participating, in these types of forums. Only writers, essay company owners, and people only pretending not to be one or the other continue participating in these forums beyond the very short term.

Please be patient with me. I am restarting my academic career at this point and to say that Iam petrified is putting it lightly. The last thing I need is that other writer chasing after me at this point. I know what I need and his services are not one of those. I will definitely be in touch once I have everything set-up.

No rush and no worries. One of the main purposes of hiring a reliable writer is that you can enjoy your peace of mind and just forget about your pending projects instead of having them hanging over your head like a dark cloud all semester. These days, many of my clients are working adults returning to school long after they were students; they're usually my most appreciative clients, because they just don't have time to spend writing academic papers and they're often much easier to help than young kids first starting college, because they have a lot more experience on both ends of professional relationships.

I appreciate all of the information that you have provided. I will be looking up your profile at Essay Scam As you have instructed. I'll read up about how these services work as best as I can. I may not participate in the discussions though. That is not really my focus. Right now I just want to get everything in order for the upcoming semester. My current plan is as follows:

1. Enroll in college night classes
2. Get the assignment and project modules once classes start
3. Contact you once everything is set on my end.

Please be patient with me. I am restarting my academic career at this point and to say that Iam petrified is putting it lightly. The last thing I need is that other writer chasing after me at this point. I know what I need and his services are not one of those. I will definitely be in touch once I have everything set-up. finding a good writer

This advice gives me more confidence to look into hiring a full time academic writer. I will definitely look into the services offered by private writers in the Essay Scam section. Here is hoping I do not pick the wrong writer to contact. I do not think I can deal with that, along with everything else in my life.

I just read the post of another writer in this chat that, had I read that first, I would not have gotten over my fears of hiring a writing service of any kind. He seems to not know what he is talking about except for when it comes to money. Is there a chance that you can help me one more time by teaching me about the pricing methods?

Is there away I can contact you privately so we can discuss details? I am absolutely sure I do not want to deal with the writer above. His grammar turns me off.

i don't thing it is a problem; well, it depends

Mar 24, 2022
This issue can be subject to your selection criterion.

I've been told hiring ghost writers could be dangerous since they cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. That would be my biggest fear. I also have no idea if a writing company or freelancer would bea better hire.

You can scrutinize your writer and provide a one-page test sample to gauge his/her seriousness. You can agree to pay him/her after work. So, I don't think it is an issue.

having a personalized writer: reasons

Mar 24, 2022
I have read several threads in this forum and I noticed that most students complain of scam sites. Yes, you will get scammed if you are not a careful picker or if you hastily selected a writer or a site without doing thorough research. Even though it is a tricky tread, personalizing a writer has merits more than demerits. What do I mean by a personalized writer? He/she is someone you can contact whenever you are pressed with the bulk of assignments. Moreover, you are certain he/she will produce top-notch plagiarism-free work all the time. The most important thing about having a personalized writer is that you must communicate effectively and humanly. Most writers do not like abusive students or learners who do not know how to keep their words. If you decide on criteria, then be certain to obey them; I mean both of you must be exact with your promises.

Now, let me tell you how to avoid scams: For those who would want to obtain a good personalized writer.
1. Ask for a sample paper (Not necessary, but it will guide you on what to expect, as some writers may send samples that are not theirs)

2. Communicate effectively, say be specific and avoid irritating statements. For instance, don't nag with non-assignment stories.
3. Check if the writer can permit an after-work payment option (I always recommend this tactic to my new students so that we can develop a long-lasting relationship. With this option, you, a student, can check the paper, ascertain whether it is legit and robust and then pay. In case it doesn't meet your expectation, you can terminate your contract with your new writer and keep checking. But do not try to submit that paper. It is risky because the writer will inform your lecturer if you submit it and that will not be a decent thing for you. The writer will be able to know the details of your school once you submit the paper. Keep it real with no. 3.

4. Pay promptly. If you hint about paying in the next 5 mins, 30 mins, 1hr, 1 day, etc. stick to your words and don't keep them waiting. Some people are impatient. Just keep it work-related and payment and nothing else.

5. crediblewriters07 at gmail dot com. I take online classes and write essays using the above criterion. Stay safe online and have a successful school life. Cheers.
freelancewriter  EssayChatMar 24, 2022
No problem.

Can I just hit the writer with the pack with instructions to submit it by the stated deadlines ?

I have several (mostly nursing) clients who do this, but usually, by the time a client trusts a writer with payment in advance for a whole series of projects, that client has already tried out that writer at least once and has received good work on his first project. That's how you build trust and avoid getting ripped off or paying a terrible writer for a series of terribly-written projects.

I've been told hiring ghost writers could be dangerous since they cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. That would be my biggest fear. I also have no idea if a writing company or freelancer would bea better hire.

Until you've identified a trustworthy writer, you do have to worry about that, as well as about the quality and originality of the work. Once you've found a reliable writer, you should be able to relax and put your whole series of projects out of your mind, knowing that you'll be receiving every project on time and written at the level you want. Typically, all company writers also do as much freelance work as they can get, because we don't have to split the payment with any middleman that way; so you're usually dealing with many of the same prospective writers regardless of how you find them. A bad, inexperienced company writer is no better than a bad inexperienced freelance writer; and a great company writer is no better or worse than a great freelance writer. You should just go to the Essay Scam forum to familiarize yourself with the writers (like me) who advertise there. You should also use the search function there to see what comments have been posted about any writer or company you might be considering. Keep in mind that you always need to change the default "titles" to "messages" in your search so that your search results aren't limited to threads with your search term in the thread title.

Thank you for your honesty. I am actually considering attending college at night due to my work schedule and other responsibilities. I may have lucked out because part of the course is modular and the assignments and research papers are given in advance. Can I just hit the writer with the pack with instructions to submit it by the stated deadlines ? I do not have the extra time to supervise the writer so I have to be sure I can trust the writer the way a boss would trust his assistant . I've been told hiring ghost writers could be dangerous since they cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. That would be my biggest fear. I also have no idea if a writing company or freelancer would bea better hire. I pretty much did all my own work in high school so I don't really feel confident hiring an assistant for this. Unfortunately, I do not have a choice at this point.

answer to the previous poster

Mar 22, 2022
IMO, you're the perfect candidate to use a ghostwriter. You already have a career and there's really nothing that you need to learn in college for any purpose other than satisfying a very arbitrary "requirement" for advancement. Presumably, you already have all of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for your career (including writing skills, to whatever extent they're genuinely required by your job in any practical sense). Sign up for whatever program your employer requires and just get your degree. Don't lose a minute of sleep over using a ghostwriter to get a degree that you don't really even need in the first place.

i work fulltime, should i hire an academic writer for my homework?

Mar 22, 2022
I am one of those people who managed to get ahead in the company I am working for even without a college education. Truth be told, I am only a high school graduate but I managed to get by at work through on the job learning. Lately though, I have found that simply being smart will not cut it anymore in my workplace. I have been passed over for several promotions even though I could and have proven, that I can perform the tasks attached with the promotion. HR told me one thing, get a college education, then apply for a promotion again. Now, at my age, I am no longer interested in going to school and having to juggle work with studies. I have a family to care for and kids in school as well. What I am driving at is this, I am willing to go back to school at night, attend classes and all that, but, I simply won't have time to complete the homework, research, and other written assignments. Do you think it would be proper/acceptable for me to hire a permanent academic writer for the duration of my studies to attend to the written aspect of the studies? If I still have to work on those things, I doubt I will have any time left to sleep and personal needs. Please help me start in the right direction. My thanks in advance.

my response to unprovoked disparagement from an anonymous (obvious) competitor

Mar 21, 2022
There is only one writer here that seems to still be using the Featured writer service of this company at this point. So he is the only one who could be misusing the service as an advertising tool.

Wow. Someone here is on a real tear trying to disparage me (and, of course, completely anonymously) even though I hardly post here at all and haven't bothered posting an ad here for several years. FYI, the featured writer option IS an "advertising tool" and intended as such; that's why writers pay to be listed as featured writers. Kindly explain how I've ever "misused" that tool. I've always openly acknowledged - in fact, volunteered, unprompted - that it's nothing but a paid advertisement and I've never suggested or implied in any way that anybody should ever necessarily trust anybody who uses it to advertise just because of that advertisement.

Consider if you will that he makes boisterous claims about how long he has been in the business, a member of this forum, and number of satisfied repeat clients.

Actually, as explained below, each and every comment from my customers that I quoted in my paid Review thread (another feature that is intended by the forum Admin as a paid "advertising tool") can be found in the thread where each of those customers originally posted it. Likewise, the 5 comments that appear on my featured profile were also left by actual clients. Kindly provide an example of a "boisterous" claim that I've ever made on either forum. Everything I've ever said about myself on these forums is true: I received a law degree in 1989; I've been doing this for over 20 years; during some of that time, I was also a fulltime writer/editor for a very large US federal agency at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan; I've been a member of Essay Scam since 2008; and from 2003 to 2013, I was one of the 3 or 4 top writers (out of hundreds) at one of the largest and best US essay companies, along with Pheelyks, Professor Verb, and Research Pro. All of that is the simple truth about my history as a writer and as a writer in this business.

As for Freelancewriter. He has always been here as an independent writer trying to sell his services. That is why he pays to be a featured writer here.

Correct. My business is doing just fine, thank you.

He is actually the last of his kind at this forum as far as I can tell. His contemporaries have stopped posting for some reason. Maybe they found better paying regular jobs or, they decided to retire from the business.

All of the testimonials on my Review thread are from real clients who are real forum members who can be contacted directly through the forum messaging system. If they weren't, Admin would never have allowed me to include their quotes, all of which can also be found in the actual threads in which those comments first appeared (using the search function). The five comments posted on my forum profile are also all from real customers who posted those comments directly through the forum system to which I don't have access.

Freelancewriter on the other hand is just here for self-promotion and nothing more.

Every person who logs into this forum or EssayScam does so for one of only two possible reasons: (1) To promote his or her freelance services or those of his or her essay company; or (2) To find a reliable service provider and avoid scams and bad service providers. There are no real "observers" on these sites who don't have one of those two motivations for being here; however, there are plenty of users who just don't admit to owning or working for essay companies. Nobody spends time on a forum about essays for purchase just to read them for fun. Some people who are here for Reason #1 choose to pursue that objective indirectly and dishonestly and underhandedly by attacking their competitors instead of by establishing their own good reputations based on a very long history of providing high-quality work to their customers and by demonstrating their own writing abilities and/or sharing their knowledge about the industry in their forum posts.

Regarding how I do business, I've been doing this for over 20 years and I have my own process and procedures that I've developed over that time that work best for me; and I'm not interested in changing them for anybody who wants to do things differently. Generally, the way it works with me is actually quite simple: I expect clients to send me all of the info and files (if any) for any project, along with their desired length and a specific deadline; and I respond to those inquiries with a price quote. If they want the project, they pay for it, and they receive exactly what they ordered on or before whatever deadline we agree on. Most new clients do exactly that, either on their own or after I respond to their initial inquiry asking for whatever info was missing. Some prospective clients do contact me with different expectations about how this works, whether by proposing partial payment after delivery or by requesting to review their projects a few pages at a time, as I write them, etc. In those cases, I simply explain that this just isn't how I do business and that it's not an option of they want to do business with me. If they choose not to use me because they expect something different from what I offer, that's their prerogative. I don't chase after anybody's business and when I'm a customer of any (different type of) service provider, I understand going into it that whatever their FAQs (or email responses) say about how they do (and don't do) business is the way thing will work with them and I don't propose different terms of service. If I'm not happy with their policies, I find another service provider whose policies I prefer.

The way he has conducted himself historically at this forum makes me distrust his comments far more than I would question the posts of Noted in the forum threads. He tries way too hard to promote himself

Please post a link to any comment of mine in any thread that you believe demonstrates how I have "conducted" or "promoted" myself objectionably in the 14 years that I've been posting under the exact same screen name. Surely, it must be easy for you to find something objectionable that I've posted for you to say something like that; so kindly note that "All of your comments are objectionable and self-promoting" is not responsive to the question.

As for Freelancewriter?... Yes, I have looked at his website and it is actually boring, as well as very ancient in its presentation and conduct of business.

Yes, from your obsession with me, I'm quite sure that you've spent time on my website. I'm just a writer who offers writing services, not a website creator offering (or demonstrating) my expertise in creating websites. There's no reason for you to put "official site" in quotes, sarcastically like that, because I've never referred to it that way. In fact, I was doing just fine using nothing but advertisements publicizing my email address until 2010, when an undisclosed principal of an essay company started threads publicly warning customers never to use ANY writer with just an email address without a website. He did this (very deliberately) without any acknowledgement that a few of us writers without websites were obviously totally legit, because he also knew us as writers for his own essay company that sold our work to their customers under the exact same IDs that we used for our forum S/Ns. That's the only reason I had to create any website in the first place. My site functions, essentially, as little more than a very long FAQ so I don't have to answer the same questions over and over. I cannot include a user interface because, as a solo writer, I take (and often price) projects according to my schedule and how much time and work I think a project will require, not just by the number of pages, education level, and deadline. A system that allowed direct order placement would never work for me. For the record, at many sites with advanced UI and automatic ordering systems, customers don't realize that their orders may sit on the board (untaken by any writer for days or even weeks) after the system sends out a "confirmation" of their paid order. Sometimes, those orders never get taken and get refunded; and some of those companies never provide any notice that the essay the customer thought was "in progress" all along are just going to get refunded, and after their specified due dates. That can't happen with me, because I price and accept every order, personally.

Also for the record, most of the essay companies that have been proven to be either outright scams or providers of horrible ESL and/or totally plagiarized "writing" have fantastic high-end websites with sophisticated automatic ordering systems. Their disappointed customers who find me only after wasting their hard-earned money on them, first, after being duped by their flashy websites have no complaints about my simple website or the "image" that it presents. They judge me only by the quality of the work that they receive from me, which is why most of them end up using me for years and never try another provider after our first transaction. But thank you for your kind concern; I'm sure it's motivated strictly by your desire to provide constructive criticism and not at all because you're an undisclosed competitor hoping to undermine my reputation anonymously by saying nasty things about my website and me. Let me suggest that instead of attacking other writers under the cowardly cloak of total anonymity here, you should create a profile on Essay Scam and stand behind everything you say about others. Spend more time just establishing your own business and reputation instead of disparaging other writers whose relative success in this industry you obviously resent and covet so much.

re: about featured writers

Mar 20, 2022
There is only one writer here that seems to still be using the Featured writer service of this company at this point. So he is the only one who could be misusing the service as an advertising tool. Why do I say this?

Consider if you will that he makes boisterous claims about how long he has been in the business, a member of this forum, and number of satisfied repeat clients. Yet, we do not see any reference to his claims of satisfied students and professionals. Aside from the "paid" testimonials for his services in the Academic Writers section of the forum, most of which are tremendously old so invalid at this point, there are no real and updated reviews coming from his satisfied clients.

In fact, in one thread, he asked these students to come out and attest to his services. Not a single student came out to do that for him. What does that tell you? Is he lying about his credentials to feed his own ego? Are the students not really as satisfied with his work as his paid reviews claims? Do his satisfied students exist in the flesh?

Reviews by his competitors , who are no longer active at this forum should be considered inconclusive. What was their vested interest in recommending him? At what cost to their personal integrity or student welfare which this site claims to protect?

Investigate and come to your own conclusions now that we all know the truth about the Featured Writer title. Do not be fooled by fake endorsements and highlights.

The other participant does not engage in visible client recruiting so I am not sure what to say about that person except, he seems to be focused on information dissemination only. I believe that person is more aligned with the former objectives of this forum without consideration of financial gains.

re: about featured writers

To further add to this discussion, I would like to point out that it costs less than $300 a year for the recommendation to remain on the profile of a writer or company here. Once you make the payment, the change to your profile is automatic. No questions asked, no investigation into the background of the writer, no documents required for submission. I was surprised by the ease by which I was able to access a priority email presentation here for my writer's profile. I then canceled the deal because I felt like it was wrong to mislead the students into believing that the company and writers here are investigated for possible fraudulent activities when that is not the truth of the situation.

At this point, I cannot help but believe that the testiminonials for writers and companies here are probably part of a different deal to make these entities seem as legitimate as possible when they are (probably) not. I caution everyone here to hire any company or writer at their own risk. Do not believe the recommendations made without making your own investigation first. Do not give the recommendations here any weight either. The forum owners and moderators do not care about being truthful to the students they claim to want to help. They are not honestly helping you when their (vetting) services are for sale for a set price.

about featured writers

Mar 19, 2022
I thought that the Featured Writer highlight in this forum was meant to place a spotlight on recommended writers. I did not realize that the status was something that could actually be bought by the writer for personal promotion and other gains. I never thought of it as paid advertising because that is not how the title comes across when one reads it as attached to a forum username. It might just be a misunderstanding on my part but, doesn't a Featured Writer normally mean that the person was chosen among a pool of excellent writers to represent the best of the lot? Since that is not what the title indicates at this forum, should we actually give any credit to any writer that has the Featured Writer title?

Considering that the title was paid for, it is no better than buying an award for yourself (the writer) like Megan Markle did with her NAACP award and then pretending that you truly deserved to receive the recognition. Featured Writer? A paid for title. Does it add credibility and authenticity to any claims made by anyone who pays for the privilege? I would have to say no. Rather, now that I know the truth about the title, I will think twice about hiring any writer who pays for any privilege to make himself appear better than he truly is at this forum. Don;t you think that is tantamount to deceiving the student? The forum also loses credibility points with me because their "vetting" is actually for sale.

Hello people, whom I'm sadly just hearing about today. I hope you (service providers and clients) are doing great and keeping satisfaction mutual. I don't intend to take up a lot of your browsing time, so here is a conclusion of what I want to say. Test me with any Sociology, Political Science, Chemistry, Psychology, American History, Philosophy, Natural Sciences paper (any type. NOTE: I won't mind an actual assignment awaiting marking from your harshest professor). The only compensation I'm asking for is should I fit your ideology of qualities an excellent academic writer should possess, allow me to be your designated assignment manager whenever you need it.

re:openning account

FYI, the person that posted this information is the same con man that posted the other tilll being discussed in this chat. He changed the title hoping someone would take him up on his offer. He did not change the content of his post though so that change was useless.

The same dangers that the previous thread series wains about are real and still possible for anyone who opts to take up this offer. Do not say we did not try to warn you. Follow upon the offer only if you are willing to face criminal charges and have problems securing documentation in the future.

Even if you use his own data to setup an account for him, that would still be a problem for you in the future. Anybody can set-up an academic account. It is not nuclear propulsion science.

This person should not be helped, even for a fee, for any reason. nobody is that desperate right?

re: the mods should do more to expose scams

Mar 16, 2022
Noted is never going to be a threat to any of the regular company reps and writer visitors of this website. The information he shares is more of an fyi than anything else. While I am not sure what the purpose of Noted's existence at this forum is, I will admit that he delivers an essential service with regards to keeping the domain name information up to date at this forum. As a student looking fo updated information, I can appreciate what he does. He does not seem to be interested in writing for anybody. I cannot even contact the person privately for some reason. There is no working email address listed. So client recruitment is definitely not a part of his reason for participating in this forum.

As for Freelancewriter. He has always been here as an independent writer trying to sell his services. That is why he pays to be a featured writer here. To answer the previous poster's question, he does manage to get some clients out of his postings here. He may be getting a pretty decent number of clients per month as well. Otherwise, he would not pay to regularly advertise himself at this forum. Maybe you don't like the way he does business, but there are others out there who don't really care about website presentation, they only care about service delivery and that, is what he claims to specialize in.

He is actually the last of his kind at this forum as far as I can tell. His contemporaries have stopped posting for some reason. Maybe they found better paying regular jobs or, they decided to retire from the business. Whatever the reason, he is still going strong and is a valued participant at this forum due to the paid advertising services he purchases. Does that mean he isn't a scam or he is telling the truth about himself all the time? Only the people who have dealt with him in the past can tell us about that.

That said, exposing the scams isn't the responsibility of the mods alone. Those who pay to use services of individual writers or companies share in that task. If they want to help others, then they should let us know their experiences with the writer and companies. Good or bad, we need to know about it to help the others looking for qualified services out there.

re: the mods should do more to expose scams

I beg to disagree with the previous poster. I believe that only one of the two writers active in the forum actually works towards the interest of the students. Noted actually takes pains to look into the company, warning us about which companies continue to pose a danger to us students. The disclaimer of Noted actually makes me trust his posts more because he is not claiming to be perfect. Instead, he is telling the reader that we are free to come to our own conclusions, whether in agreement or not. It is no big deal and it won't be turned into a debate.

Freelancewriter on the other hand is just here for self-promotion and nothing more. He does not care about the students and their needs. Only the money he can gain from the service he proposes to offer on his terms, without meeting the student halfway. It is his way or the highway, which is not how I envision my working relationship with the writer I hope to hire for long term use. The way he has conducted himself historically at this forum makes me distrust his comments far more than I would question the posts of Noted in the forum threads. He tries way too hard to promote himself.

Not once has Noted ever tried to recruit any students nor imply that his services should be hired. He just sticks his neck out there to protect us and warn us about potential problem sites. I particularly appreciate the way he tells us which sites are active or not. It saves me the bother of having to continue looking into the possiblity of hiring a company, only to find out it no longer exists. I appreciate that effort, regardless of the validity of the claims made by Noted. Most of the comments actually make me think about what I truly look for in a service. If you are looking for someone trying to expose scams, Noted is the one still trying to do that. Updated news is needed to keep the scams as bay. That is what Noted has been doing as far as I can tell. Adding to the information in already existing threads. Nothing wrong with that. Rather, it should be appreciated by all the students looking for information about trustworthy academic writing sites.

As for Freelancewriter? The way he conducts himself at the forum often makes me wonder if I should even consider this over self-assured person in the first place. Come to think of it, I have no plans of ever hiring him since he does not really come across as approachable, friendly, or willing to participate as a partner in a project. He is not the kind of writer I am looking to hire for any reason (academic, professional, or otherwise). Yes, I have looked at his website and it is actually boring, as well as very ancient in its presentation and conduct of business. It does not even have an updated UI that would have helped him gain a more professional image. His website makes him look like a high schooler trying to launch a business, there is nothing professional about him and his website at all. Right now, his "official site" is what my 10 year old sister creates during her downtime from her coding classes. She calls that her "trash design" that she creates when she wants to clear her thoughts. I am wondering if he actually gets any real clients at all these days.

So yeah, I really think the forum can do more to expose the scams at the forum as Noted is obviously trying to do.

re: why i decided to become an academic write

Mar 14, 2022
I was in the 2nd grade when I became part of the school paper. I honed my writing my writing skills as a member of the gazette from elementary, all the way through college. I had this idea that I had what it took to become an excellent novelist after completing my degree. I still have 6 rejected novels stored across different drive hosts. From the floppy to Google Drive, the souvenirs of my failure are well kept.

The bills started to pile up. I was down to my last $100 in the bank when I saw an ad in the paper. Someone was looking for a person to write a 250 page college report for him. I called the number in the ad. Managed to get the job and I was well on my way towards a lucrative writing career. I gave up all thoughts of becoming a novelist and dedicated myself to developing my professional writing skills instead.

These days I am looking forward to my retirement. I have saved enough to do so.

re: i need someone capable of openning any academic account. the service fee will be awarded.

I sold my private information once. I was enticed to do it because the amount was unbelievably high. $3K just to let this person use my information to set up a writer's account at one of the third world writing companies. He made the offer after contacting me at one of the freelancing websites.

At the time I sold my information, I was a fresh English graduate who was trying to land my first job. I did not want to go the regular office route so I signed up for gig jobs. Man, was I sorry that I took up the offer. After setting up the account for this person, I found out the hard way that he continued to use my profile and resume for his other applications. It made everything difficult for me in the gig economy because he had misused my name and I was left always trying to prove that he and I were not the same person.

I am paying for that mistake to this very day. I am just glad he did not use my data to secure a passport or driver's license. Then I would be in serious legal trouble. Take my word for it, do not sell your information. Do not help this person set up any sort of account. You might end up landing in jail for a criminal act you did not commit.

re: the mental toll of online classes

Mar 11, 2022
My my kids are a totally different case then. None of them had a readjustment period upon returning to the classroom. It was almost as if they never left. They actually looked forward to it and were excited to get back into the flow of things. They specially looked forward to finally being able to touch and hug their friends again. They were mostly affected by the lockdown as they lost interest in their classes since they felt it was "fake" doing it from home, in their pj's, with the family dog sitting under their desk during their classes. That definitely did not feel normal to them. Their grades slid a bit because of it but not to the point of failing. They just lost their drive to study since the classroom element was missing. They did not feel challenged at all with their lessons. As for socializing with friends, they are of the social media generation so they never skipped a beat. Socializing went on virtually, where they always hung out anyway. So the online classes had very little to no impact upon them as far as I can tell.

We are aware of certain parties in the industry that have been asking other people to sign up for accounts for them. These people are willing to pay a premium price for the information of other people. These information include their transcript, certificates of graduation, and photos, among other things. All of which will be used to sign up for an account at a writing company under the name of the actual document holder. However, there are also instances when the documents are used in a modified manner, this time bearing the name of the person who wishes to use the illegally used information. These are the reasons why we are extremely strict with our application process these days. We make sure that the people who are applying for jobs with us are truly who they claim to be. It is no longer as simple as just taking a grammar test and proving you can do research. We take pains to ensure the validity of the documents. We make sure that the name matches the picture as well. How we do that will remain our trade secret.

Why can't you open any academic account yourself? There is something suspicious about this request. It does not seem on the level. It appears that the person who opens the account will be selling his personal information to this person. I do not believe that anybody should engage in legalized identity theft. Never sell your information for any reason. Not even for a perceived job offer. One never knows how the information will be used. There is a high probability that the personal information will be misused and pose a potentially legal problem for the true owner of the information.

The OP should not have a problem opening any sort of writing account provided he is not blacklisted in the industry or, has been flagged in the forum section of this chat as a scam artist. Whatever his reason for needing to use other people's credentials, there is one thing that we can be sure of. This person is up to no good. Protect your identity. Do not sell it.
